I had chance to teach a Holistic Martial Arts Class @ Sheldon Institute Summer Program this Year. Here is short little video that was produce by one of the staff member of Sheldon Institute Summer Program - Andrea Heilig. This video was shot over a 15 minutes class session on the 4th day. The students are wearing sock because they had blister on the sole from previous class.

Martial arts can enhance students' health-related fitness, performance-related fitness, self-concept and esteem, and cognitive abilities.

Lesson Plan
Each class will consist of warm up, functional sports movement training, cardio kick boxing routine, martial arts and self defense. Follow by a lecture on one or more topics that provide a holistic martial arts experience. The topic will be closely related to the physical activities that were done during class.
