I haven't been consistently hitting the Thai pad or focus mitt in almost 4 years. Been extremely busy training my students and getting them ready to compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament, Thai Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts events.

But as I am getting closer to turning 40 my body is slowly getting worn out. So I have decide to dedicate at least 15 minutes a week to hitting the pad.

This is my 1st week at getting back at hitting the Thai Pad.
